Plot Synopsis

FLOPHOUSE is a half-hour reality series that follows filmmaker Lance Bangs, who explores the underground circuit of young comedians living together in group houses and then throws a houseparty and standup comedy show. Viceland released the "Thunderstorm at Babe Island" episode on its YouTube channel on Thursday, February 25, 2016, before airing the same program as a television sneak peek on Monday, February 29 at 11pm ET/PT and as the official television series premiere on Thursday, March 3 at 10:30pm. In the series opener, comedians Solomon Georgio, Eric Dadourian, and James Austin Johnson share a house called "Babe Island" in Los Angeles, where they have a houseparty and stand-up comedy show in the garage with Clare O'Kane, James Adomian, Alice Wetterlund, and Brandon Wardell.
