Plot Synopsis

Sarah Ferguson, The Duchess of York, shares her personal struggles to rebuild her life and balance the demands of motherhood, health advocacy and charity work. During this series, she opens up about her recent public troubles and explores her lifelong battles with weight, relationships and finances. To guide her through the ultimate mind/body makeover, she seeks guidance from traditional and non-traditional experts -- a shaman, life coach, trainer and a horse whisperer -- along with Dr. Phil and Suze Orman.
