In each half-hour episode of EVERYDAY COOKING, Samantha Seneviratne reveals that even on your busiest days, every home cooked meal can still be easy, exciting and full of flavor. In the series opener, "Broccoli Pesto Pasta and Roasted Vegetable Salad," Samantha talks pasta with chef Allison Arevalo of Pasta Louise in New York, before showing pesto's versatility with her easy, flavorful version featuring broccoli; roasted root vegetables over hearty greens round out the meal.
