Plot Synopsis

Designer Jean Stoffer takes on some of her most ambitious projects to date around her hometown of Grand Rapids, MI. She shares the inspiration behind her stunning designs, as well as the important role family plays in her life and business. On Friday, December 31, 2021, THE ESTABLISHED HOME premiered on the Magnolia app with two new episodes. In the series opener, "Lake Drive (Part 1)," Jean begins the first phase of a redesign of a charming 1916 three-bedroom brick house on Lake Drive in East Grand Rapids for her son, Dave, and his family. In the second episode, "Lake Drive (Part 2)," Jean creates a stunning open floor kitchen in the second phase of her redesign of the 1916 brick home. THE ESTABLISHED HOME made its linear television debut on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at 8pm ET/PT on Magnolia Network.

Season 2 of THE ESTABLISHED HOME premiered on Friday, December 30, 2022 on the Magnolia App. In the season opener, "Woodward Avenue (Part 1)," Jean finds a 1930s Georgian house in Grand Rapids, MI, that has been untouched for decades. She completely restores the ground floor with a gorgeous new kitchen, family room, mud room, dining room, and butler's pantry.
