Plot Synopsis

Each half-hour episode of EMERIL COOKS introduces a New Orleans local who sparks Emeril's culinary imagination. Guests include the crawfish concierge at a luxury hotel and a local farmer (known as The Mushroom Lady) who helps keep Emeril's classic smoked mushroom pasta on the menu. These special guests are invited into Emeril's kitchen, where they see firsthand how he makes the dishes they helped inspire. On Friday, November 18, 2022, Roku Channel released the first three episodes of EMERIL COOKS.

The entire 10-episode second season of EMERIL COOKS dropped on Friday, February 17, 2023 on Roku Channel. Season 2 brings viewers to Emeril's beloved New Orleans to experience the unique blend of tradition and innovation that powers his cooking. This series is his love letter to the city. Experience New Orleans through its people and the food they love to eat!

Season 3 of EMERIL COOKS premiered on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 on Roku Channel, which released six episodes. Emeril continues to feature traditions and food from New Orleans, including Creole cream cheese, sea beans, Louisiana hot sauce, Southern caviar, Morning Glory, and soft shell shrimp.
