Plot Synopsis

EASY is an anthology series from creator Joe Swanberg that explores diverse Chicago characters as they fumble through the modern maze of love, sex, technology and culture. Each episode focuses on a new romantic situation, with Swanberg and the actors working together on dialogue and character outlines after starting with a simple paragraph-long summary of the story. The eight-episode series, written and directed by Swanberg, features Orlando Bloom, Malin Ackerman, Jake Johnson, Marc Maron, Dave Franco, Hannibal Buress, Emily Ratajkowski, Michael Chernus, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Aya Cash, Jane Adams, Elizabeth Reaser, Evan Jonigkeit and more. Netflix released the entire eight-episode first season on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT.

On Friday, December 1, 2017 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix released the entire eight-episode second season of EASY, featuring a new set of diverse characters in Chicago as they fumble through the modern maze of love, sex, technology, and culture. Season 2 guest stars include: Aubrey Plaza, Dave Franco, Aya Cash, Judy Greer, Kate Berlant, Joe Lo Truglio, Zazie Beetz, Elizabeth Reaser, Kate Micucci, Michael Chernus, Jane Adams, Jacqueline Toboni, Evan Jonigkeit, Marz Timms, and Kiersey Clemons.
The third and final season of EASY premiered on Friday, May 10, 2019 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, as Netflix released all nine episodes about sex and relationships, which star stars Elizabeth Reaser, Michael Chernus, Jake Johnson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Marc Maron, Jane Adams, Melanie Lynskey, Kate Micucci, John Gallagher Jr., Megan Ferguson, Sophia Bush, Kiersey Clemons, Jaz Sinclair, Jacqueline Toboni, Zazie Beetz, Aya Cash, David Franco, Evan Jonigkeit, Danielle MacDonald, Kali Skrap, Lindsay Burdge, Cliff Chamberlain, and Nicky Excitement. In the season opener, "Swipe Right," Andi and Kyle have an open marriage, but Kyle's the only one seeing other people -- until Andi runs into an old friend at a dinner party.
