Plot Synopsis

DISJOINTED is a half-hour comedy series that centers on pot activist Ruth Whitefeather Feldman, who runs a medical marijuana dispensary while encouraging her loyal patients to chill out and enjoy the high life. Ruth is a lifelong advocate for legalization who's finally living her dream as the owner of an Los Angeles-area cannabis dispensary. The employees at Ruth's Alternative Caring marijuana dispensary -- three budtenders, her twenty-something son and a deeply troubled security guard -- are passionate about life, love and pot...but mostly pot. On Friday, August 25, 2017 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix released the 10-episode first season of DISJOINTED.

Netflix released the 10-episode second season of DISJOINTED on Friday, January 12, 2018 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT. In the season opener, "4/20 Fantasy," while the gang celebrates 4/20, Ruth helps Olivia with a contract, Pete loses confidence in his growing abilities, and Jenny and Carter share a secret. In the rest of Season 2, Ruth organizes a talk for women in business headlined by an old friend, Olivia's history as a reluctant viral video star threatens her booming edibles business, and Carter's stand-up career gets off to a rocky start.
