Plot Synopsis

When the Los Angeles County's Sheriff dies, an arcane rule forged back in the wild west thrusts the most unlikely man into the job: fifth-generation lawman Bill Hollister, who is more comfortable taking down bad guys than navigating a sea of politics. Only interested in justice, Bill commands a county-wide crew of LA's finest, including Deputies Cade Ward, Brianna Bishop, and Joseph Harris. The dangers of the job often lead to the LA County General Hospital, where Bill frequently has run-ins with Dr. Paula Reyes, the hospital's chief trauma surgeon and his wife. Struggling to come to terms with the new responsibilities of his role as Sherriff, Bill refuses to stay out of the field when a criminal to whom he is personally connected resurfaces. Meanwhile, two new deputies come into the picture, Gabriel Luna, a training officer overseeing Harris' class of new deputies, and Charlie Minnick. Also, Undersheriff Jerry London and Bill continue to wrestle for control of the department.
On Thursday, March 26, 2020 at 9pm ET/PT, FOX premiered "10-8 Bulletproof," the season finale of DEPUTY. When informants for the Sherriff's Department start turning up dead all over Los Angeles, everyone has to work together to find the leak in the department. Meanwhile, Teresa and Cade deal with a major setback in the custody battle for their foster children. Also, on the day of Maggie's Quinceanera, Bill gets stuck in a difficult position between work and family. Guest Cast: Natali Cigliuti as Teresa Ward; Valeria Juaregui as Maggie Hollister; Jordan Tate as Jacob; Josh Helman as Deputy Carter; Jenny Gago as Anjelica Reyes; Miguel Angel Garcia as Wyatt Puentes; Melissa Chambers as Sally; Michael Monks as King #1; Juan Mendoza Solis as Priest; Bojese Christopher as Detective Johnson; Michael J.
