Plot Synopsis

Two unsuspecting customers are selected by a company' top executive to spend a week with the organization, address the company's biggest issues, and implement improvements to its business. In the end, the contestants efforts are judged by a final focus group. If the group likes the changes that were made, the two walk away with a cash prize. Each one-hour episode features two new customers helping a different company, including Mrs. Fields, Mazda, TCBY and Sizzler.
