Plot Synopsis

BIZOGRAPHY profiles top business icons and companies, telling the real story of how titans of industry built corporations, brands and identities. Each 60-minute episode highlights one person or company, including: George Foreman, who went from poverty to world-class boxer to millionaire businessman; Ted Turner, who made his fortune with the first 24-hour cable news network; Donald Trump, a bold, brash businessman who is best known for his real-estate investment and self-promotion; Hugh Hefner, who created a multi-million dollar empire around his decadent lifestyle; Merv Griffin, who was a pioneering singer, talk show host, and media mogul; Quincy Jones, who was a Jazz musician, arranger, composer, the first black executive of a major record company, producer, entrepreneur, and social activist; Procter & Gamble, which was founded by two immigrants -- an English candlemaker and an Irish soapmaker; Target, which proudly donates 5% of its revenue to charitable causes; Southwest Airlines, which changed the world by bringing no-frills low-fare airline service to the traveling public.
