Plot Synopsis

Using declassified documents and agent accounts, CIA DECLASSIFIED explores the real stories behind manhunts and covert operations during which operatives tracked down and eliminated America's most wanted enemies. Each 60-minute episode features a different mission, including: a Libyan revolt that overthrew dictator Muammar Gaddafi -- a plan the CIA had developed for 30 years with its ally leading the rebel forces; two CIA operatives, who fight to put down a Taliban uprising in an Afghan fortress; the 15-year manhunt for Osama bin Laden, revealing the real Zero Dark Thirty story; and the hunt Che Guevara, led by agent Felix Rodriguez, who was sent to Bolivia to bring the Marxist revolutionary back alive.
