Plot Synopsis

CHRISTINA IN THE COUNTRY is a one-hour docuseries that follows Christina Hall on her bold next chapter as she expands her design business across the country and puts down roots at her second home: a Tennessee farm. In each of the six one-hour episodes, Christina will create breathtaking renovations for eager clients and make even more life-long memories with her children and husband Josh Hall in the beautiful middle Tennessee countryside. The series opener spotlights Christina and her team, which includes fellow designer and project manager James Bender, turning an outdated home into a modern stunner for a very special client, Josh's sister and her husband. As the season continues, she helps couples blend their differing styles and deliver contemporary kitchens, spa-like bathrooms and customized living spaces that meet everyone's needs. When it's time to relax, Christina and her family explore all the Nashville area has to offer, including horseback riding, line dancing, berry picking and an alpaca farm. They also add a special spot to their own property when Josh builds a chicken coop.

On Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 8pm ET/PT, HGTV premiered "Undoing the Damage," the season finale of CHRISTINA IN THE COUNTRY, immediately following a five-hour marathon (3-8pm) of encore episodes. In the season ender, after being displaced for over a year by an electrical fire, a family calls on Christina to renovate their home and balance out design differences to create a dramatic and bold space. Also, Josh helps build a luxurious chicken coop to match the house.
