CHILLING ADVENTURES OF SABRINA imagines the origin and adventures of Sabrina the Teenage Witch as a dark coming-of-age story that traffics in horror, the occult and, of course, witchcraft. Tonally in the vein of ROSEMARY'S BABY and THE EXORCIST, this adaptation finds Sabrina wrestling to reconcile her dual nature -- half-witch, half-mortal -- while standing against the evil forces that threaten her, her family and the daylight world humans inhabit. The story opens with Greendale readying for a Halloween eclipse, Sabrina facing a crucial decision, and Harvey making an unexpected declaration. Then, a legendary guest visits Spellman Mortuary, Ambrose explores a grim revelation, and Sabrina stuns the coven with a shocking announcement. As Sabrina confronts a long line of secrets related to her family's legacy, the Church of Night, Harvey faces turmoil at home -- and shares a secret of his own. Netflix released the 10-episode first season of CHILLING ADVENTURES OF SABRINA on Friday, October 26, 2018 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT. On Friday, December 14, 2018 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix released "A Midwinter's Tale," a one-hour CHILLING ADVENTURES OF SABRINA special. As the winter solstice approaches, Sabrina orchestrates an emotional seance with serious consequences, and Susie's merry plans turn menacing.

Netflix released nine additional episodes of CHILLING ADVENTURES OF SABRINA on Friday, April 5, 2019 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT. In Part 2 of this series, a chilling new chapter begins as Sabrina dives deeper into the dark and daring world of teenage witchcraft. In the first episode, "Chapter Twelve: The Epiphany," Sabrina prepares for a spellbinding showcase, Susie embraces a series of new beginnings, and Ms. Wardwell finds greater purpose at Baxter High. Then, a sinister guest visits Spellman Mortuary. Theo faces a cast of cruel critics, and Roz and Harvey pursue an extra-steamy school assignment.

Part 3 of CHILLING ADVENTURES OF SABRINA premiered on Friday, January 24, 2020 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, as Netflix released eight episodes. The new batch of episodes finds Sabrina reeling from the harrowing events of Part 2. Though she defeated her father Lucifer, the Dark Lord remains trapped within the human prison of her beloved boyfriend, Nicholas Scratch. Sabrina can't live with herself, knowing that Nick made the ultimate sacrifice and is suffering, burning in Hell under Madam Satan's watchful eye. So with an assist from her mortal friends, "The Fright Club" (consisting of Harvey, Rosalind, and Theo), Sabrina makes it her mission to free him from eternal damnation and bring him back into her arms. However, the Dark Lord's unseating has sent shockwaves through the realms -- and, with no on the throne, Sabrina must assume the title of "Queen" to defend it against a challenger, the handsome Prince of Hell Caliban. Meanwhile, in Greendale, a mysterious carnival rolls into town, bringing with it a threat to the Spellmans and the coven: A tribe of pagans looking to resurrect an ancient evil...

The story opens with an all-consuming darkness trickling into town, forcing Sabrina to grapple with feeling like the odd witch out -- and making a risky plan for a whirlwind trip. A grim visitor sends Roz and Harvey into a panic. Elsewhere, Sabrina reconnects with an enemy from her past, and Aunt Hilda's wedding day arrives.
