Plot Synopsis

CHEER SQUAD is a one-hour reality series that follows the The Great White Sharks, the two-time World Cheerleading Champions, on their quest to keep their crown. Hot off the heels of the World Championships, The Great White Sharks must build a new dream team with the help of coaches Ali Moffatt, Alana Potter, and Lora Jordan. Seasoned veterans and fresh faces face off in open tryouts as they attempt to earn a coveted spot. They are a sisterhood, there for each other through first loves, new jobs, bad breakups, and everything in between. But they are also elite athletes, idolized by thousands and members of one of the best all-star cheerleading team in the world. Can they balance the challenges of life off the mat with their all-consuming battle to stay on top? With a new team roster, the Sharks head to the super elite Hot Shots skills camp in Miami. But, the newly minted team is struggling to perform. Freeform broadcast the U.S. premiere of this series on Monday, August 22, 2016 at 10pm ET/PT.

On Friday, September 2, 2016 at 10pm ET/PT, Freeform premiered the season finale of CHEER SQUAD. In the season ender, "Three-peat?," the Sharks are in Orlando chasing a third world title. But first, Knoxy must face the music with her Mom while the Twins complete an Orlando bucket list. And then it all comes down to one final performance.
