Plot Synopsis

CHEAT DAY CHOWDOWN is a half-hour reality series that follows comedians Lisa Best and Dave Stone, as they take a day off their diets to have a cheat day competition while the travel across the United States on their comedy tour. Their goal is to find the most delicious, indulgent and outrageous eats a city has to offer in this best of three contest. Dave and Lisa's quest to one-up each other takes them from fine dining establishments to gourmet food trucks and everywhere in between. The pilot was originally scheduled to debut on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 2pm ET/PT, Travel Channel moved the premiere five days later to Thursday, September 1 at 12:30pm. In the pilot, "San Francisco: Cheaters Always," Dave and Lisa compete over gigantic bakery treats, towering sandwiches, exotic food truck fare and outrageous theme restaurants in San Francisco, where the duo had a comedy show at Doc's Lab in San Francisco on July 2, 2015.
