Plot Synopsis

CHANGING LANES follows a group of race car drivers -- female and minority drivers from NASCAR's Drive for Diversity program -- as they compete for a coveted spot on Max Siegel's NASCAR Revolution Racing team. Thirty drivers were picked during a rigorous application process, and they gather to showcase their on-track skills as well as their ability to conduct themselves professionally in various settings. Those that perform well continue in the competition, undergo further on- and off-track evaluations and subsequent eliminations until only four contestants remain. This final group joins Revolution Racing, competing in the 2010 Camping World Series, and also partakes in a 50-lap head-to-head race. The winner gets the opportunity to qualify for the Toyota All-Star Showdown in Irwindale, CA.
