Plot Synopsis

Hosted by Tami Roman, CAUGHT IN THE ACT: UNFAITHFUL is a one-hour docuseries that tracks Roman as she empowers suspicious lovers to catch their cheating partners in the act. Once the investigation is complete, the suspicious lover can choose to team up with their partner's other lover or take them both down in an undercover ambush. CAUGHT IN THE ACT: UNFAITHFUL debuted on Monday, July 18, 2022 from 9-11pm ET/PT on VH1, with back-to-back episodes. In the series opener, "He Ain't Eating That Much Pie" (9pm), Tracy thought she'd found her soul mate when she met music producer McKinley. But after two years together, she's singing a different tune now that she suspects he might be a cheater. Then, in the night's second episode, "He Just Wanna Be Lit... But Not With Me" (10pm): Three weeks after meeting on an internet dating site, Naima and David were an inseparable couple. But now a year later, Naima suspects David's telling a web of lies, and he may be a cheater.

The sophomore season of CAUGHT IN THE ACT: UNFAITHFUL premiered on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 9pm ET/PT on a new network: MTV. In Season 2, Tami teams up with suspicious lovers to catch and confront their cheating partners. After the investigation, Tami and our relationship coaches -- featuring a special guest appearance by DJ Envy -- advise the suspicious lovers on how to move forward. In the end, the suspicious lover can join forces with their partner's other lover or take them both down in an undercover ambush. In the season opener, "It's Giving Very Much Fraudulent," Monika seeks Tami's help to investigate if her gym manager husband has been sweating it out in the gym or sweating another woman. After a 3.5-month break, CAUGHT IN THE ACT: UNFAITHFUL returned with back-to-back new episodes on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 from 9-11pm ET/PT on MTV. In the midseason debut, "We Got a Runner" (9pm), Nia and her mother, Aida, are anxious for Nia's upcoming wedding to William. But Nia suspects that when William makes house calls for his massage service, he may be providing more than relaxation. In the night's second episode, "She Has Two Phones!" (10pm), Richard, a comedian and content creator, is trying to take things seriously with Elisa, his model girlfriend of one year. Given his recent experiences with grief, he's concerned that life's too short to ignore all the red flags.

On Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 9pm ET/PT, MTV premiered "That's Called Pandora's Box," the Season 2 finale of CAUGHT IN THE ACT: UNFAITHFUL. Emily and Brandon have been in a committed -- albeit unconventional -- relationship for six years. But Emily has recently grown suspicious that Brandon is breaking the rules to their arrangement.
