Plot Synopsis

Using a combination of stand-up material, documentary footage, first-person interviews, and animation, BRODY STEVENS: ENJOY IT! chronicles the psychological breakdown of comedian Brody Stevens, witnessed by his fans and the world via Twitter, and his journey back into the world of stand-up, with the support of his friends Zach Galifianakis, Sarah Silverman, Tim Heidecker, Eric Wareheim and others. When Brody decides to stop taking his medicine cold turkey, he experiences a manic episode that affects his family and friends. Out of the UCLA psych ward and back on his meds, Brody tries to get his stand-up and film career back on track, while making the rounds of Los Angeles to reconnect and reconcile with people in the business he let down. Plus, he also tries to improve his personal life, and, after years of being single, he even gets his mother to help him fill out an online dating profile. Comedy Central aired back-to-back half-hour episodes of BRODY STEVENS: ENJOY IT!, expanding the 15-minute episodes from the HBO Digital Series into 30 minutes for the first three weeks and then presenting six, all-new, half-hour episodes after that.
