Plot Synopsis

Host Taniya Nayak travels across the United States to explore exclusive neighborhoods that have an absurd concentration of wealth. Taniya doesn't spend her time in Beverly Hills, Bel Air or the Hamptons; instead, she finds lesser-known neighborhoods with outrageously big homes. In each 30-minute episode Taniya tours three different homes in a single neighborhood, including: South of Broad, near Charleston, SC, where she visits a water-perched mega mansion, an impeccable Colonial home right out of the 1800s, and an estate with a $2 million exterior; and Colts Neck, NJ, where she discovers a five-acre farm estate, a 23,000-square foot mega mansion with its own residential ice rink, and a multi-million dollar mansion inspired by a trip to Italy. HGTV aired this two-part pilot on October 19, 2012 at 8pm, showing both episodes back to back.
