Plot Synopsis

BIG CHEESE is a half-hour reality series that follows the Cheese Twins, Charlie and Michael Kalish, as they travel across America searching for the most memorable cheese dish in each city. On Friday, September 30, 2016 at 8pm ET/PT, Food Network premiered the pilot of BIG CHEESE, but the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule. In the pilot, the Cheese Twins tour one of America's landmark culinary destinations: Los Angeles. The brothers sample a pizza creation that has to be seen to be believed at downtown favorite Pizzanista. Then, they devour a sweet cheese creation from chef Eric Greenspan and a quadruple-decker grilled cheese from Koreatown hotspot, Beer Belly. Finally, they dive into a mouth-watering pasta dish imported straight from Italy at Forma.
