In this weekly half-hour series, pitmaster Myron Mixon and his son Michael show viewers how they can make championship-quality barbecue in their own backyards -- from beginning to end -- including recipes for dishes like brisket, burnt ends, T-bone steaks, smoked chickens, chicken wings, smoke pork shoulder, and even Myron's World-Famous Cupcake Chicken.
