Plot Synopsis

Chris Donaghue, a registered associate social worker working under the supervision of a licensed psychologist, helps 10 diverse participants undergoing an intensive, two-month group therapy program to help them finally address their deep-rooted issues around sex, infidelity, trust, relational intimacy and sexual addiction. Male and female, gay and straight, the participants range in age from 20- to 40-years-old and arrive at the group with issues ranging from dangerous promiscuity to clinical frigidity, from violent sex addiction to compulsive public sex. Each episode also features a deeper examination of the treatment process and progress of an individual group member.

BAD SEX returned for its second season on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at 10pm ET/PT on Logo TV. The Season 2 premiere, "Fifty Shades of Gay," focused on Alex, who is addicted to extreme BDSM, pushing the boundaries of safety.
