Plot Synopsis

In this half-hour series, Dr. Shalin Naik, Dr. Renee Lim, and Dr. Sandro Demaio dispense helpful advice about the best ways to live healthier, longer lives -- from exercise to infertility to sleep. In the series opener, "Obesity," the doctors uncover triggers for overeating and learn about a fat that could make us thinner. Each subsequent 30-minute episode focuses on a different topic, including sleep, allergies, diet, pain, genes, and more.
