Plot Synopsis

ARCTIC VETS is a one-hour docuseries that follows a team of animal experts -- Dr. Chris Enright (Director of Veterinary Services and Animal Welfare) and Dr. Stephen Petersen (Director of Conservation and Research), Heather Penner (Animal Care Professional), and Jackie Enberg (Animal Care Supervisor) -- who dedicate their lives to rescuing, conserving, and healing the animals of Canada's frozen north when they are most in need. Whether they're rescuing a polar bear in the wild or tending to an Arctic fox in the hospital, the team does whatever it takes to save the lives of sick and injured Arctic species -- one patient at a time. ARCTIC VETS made its U.S. debut on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 10pm ET/PT on Nat Geo Wild.
