Plot Synopsis

Animal Planet personalities and puppy experts comment on cute canine clips, as AMERICA'S CUTEST DOGS counts down the top-five videos in a variety of categories. Whether the program is exploring themes like "Paw Pals" or "Pups at Play," this one-hour series finds playful puppies who cram themselves into tight spaces, hang out with unusual pals, exhibit athletic prowess, attempt to mimic the actions of their human friends, or are caught in the act. Before airing this program as a three-episode series in July & August 2013, Animal Planet had aired this show as one-hour specials: AMERICA'S CUTEST DOG 2009, on Saturday, October 24, 2009 at 10pm ET/PT; and AMERICA'S CUTEST DOG 2010, on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at 9pm ET/PT. Plus, one year later, Animal Planet counted down the best dog videos in AMERICA'S CUTEST PET on Saturday, November 26, 2011.
