Plot Synopsis

THE ADVENTURES OF DR. BUCKEYE BOTTOMS is a one-hour reality series that follows Dr. Bartholomew 'Buckeye' Bottoms, a veterinarian based on the north shore of Maui. He has been providing mobile veterinarian services for the Hawaiian islands of Maui, Lanai, Molokai, Oahu, the Big Island, and Kauai since 2007, but he never leaves home without his surfboards and his dog, Kevin. In the series opener, "Spitballin'," it's a busy day for Dr. Bottoms, as he tends to a rodeo horse with skin cancer, four alpacas that would rather spit at him than get their teeth fixed, and a baby goat that has lost all ability to walk. Then, in the second episode, "Uking-pay Ig-pay," Dr. Bottoms is already having a hectic, day, and his day gets busier when responds to a call about a puking potbelly pig. Season 2 of THE ADVENTURES OF DR. BUCKEYE BOTTOMS premiered on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 9pm ET/PT on Nat Geo Wild. In the season opener, "Hawaii Uh-oh," Buckeye performs a pig pedicure, gives a retired rodeo horse a dental exam, and administers emergency care to a dog named Puka.
