Plot Synopsis

A-LIST LISTINGS is a half-hour program that follows a host who visits America's priciest pads, touring high-end homes that are listed for sale. E! first aired this program in fall 2012 as a four-episode series, hosted by David Burtka with the help of four people -- Los Angeles property developer Mohamed Hadid; MILLION DOLLAR LISTING'S Madison Hildebrand; Beverly Hills real-estate agent Jade Mills; and MILLION DOLLAR ROOMS' Carter Oosterhouse. In the series premiere episode, Burtka reveals three opulent properties, including: Le Palais (pictured), a "comfortable but not over-excessive" home that's listed for $58 million and located at 904 North Crescent, Beverly Hills, CA; Madonna's former abode, which was once a popular hangout for Marilyn Monroe and is now listed at $18.4 million; and a Beverly Hills home that was inspired by the palace at Versailles and is listed at $55 million. On Thursday, May 8, 2014 at 8pm ET/PT, E! aired a half-hour special with host Catt Sadler touring four homes: Camille Grammer's estate, which sits on nearly five acres in Malibu, boasts a kitchen originally designed by famed chef Wolfgang Puck, and a list price of $14.5M; Kid Rock's grand Malibu home with hand carved dark hardwood and a spa-like master bath with high ceilings and a flood of natural light; a brand new 14,000 square foot, $38M home in the Hollywood Hills with a master bath featuring Italian marble and glass and a bright master closet with a view of the whole of Los Angeles; and a Malibu Rocky Oaks estate, sitting 2,000 feet above sea level and surrounded by a private, 10-acre vineyard.

A-LIST LISTINGS returned with a new special on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at 8pm ET/PT on E!. In this edition, host Catt Sadler tours the legendary Hollywood estate of Bob Hope, Josh Groban's Malibu retreat, an open-air Hollywood Hills fortress, a stone-wrapped Bel Air jewel, and one of the biggest homes in America.
