Plot Synopsis

A pretty college freshman is raped at a wild fraternity party by a well respected classmate who claims it was her idea to have sex. Depressed and withdrawn, she finally confesses her shame and charges him with rape. The police don't have enough evidence and her friends and family are divided on the matter. The school holds a disciplinary hearing where the young man is found innocent. When a video tape of the party turns up, it reveals the young woman was sexually violated.
