Plot Synopsis
A struggling fishing boat captain becomes the village idiot when he tells the locals that a strange beast snatched one of his crewmates off his boat during his last fishing trip. With the help of a pretty marine biologist he soon becomes the town hero when he battles the man-eating amphibian after it invades the town and goes on a killing spree with its young offspring.
