Plot Synopsis
Based on the 1974-1980 series. Rockford tries to do a good deed by taking over some unfinished cases from a PI friend who is ailing. Unfortunately, one of the cases turns out to include serious vice charges against two popular veteran cops. Snubbed by his police pals and harassed by the entire LAPD, he soon finds himself battered and threatened by criminals with long, murderous records.
