Plot Synopsis

Based on the motion picture. An ordinary man finds himself mysteriously transformed both mentally and physically after seeing a strange burst of light in the sky. When the government wants to use his super powers he fears he'll become a scientific guinea pig and escapes to San Francisco, beginning a new life under an assumed identity. As he adjust to life in the city, he senses other people may share his newfound abilities.
