Plot Synopsis
Based on the book, "Desperate Justice" by Richard Speight. When her twelve year old daughter is raped and beaten by a school janitor, a desperate mother fatally shoots him in the courtroom when he is acquitted on a legal technicality. Facing murder charges, she hires the same defense attorney who defended her child's attacker and together with her shattered family try to convince a jury of her innocence.
