Plot Synopsis

Second installment in the "Morning Show Mysteries" Hallmark television movie franchise. Beloved chef, restaurant owner and morning show segment host Billie Blessings becomes a key player in a deliciously deceptive murder mystery when a body is found in the trunk of her on-camera celebrity guest chef's rental car. After the chef returns to the show and is implicated in a prior murder, Billie is targeted for the on-air ambush, even though she's pretty sure the guy didn't do it. Now caught in the middle of this mess, she must uncover who the killer is, without compromising the investigation led by Ian Jackson, the cop with whom she has a complicated history. Like any good cook knows, getting too close to a hot stove will get you burned, and in her attempt to nail the killer, she unknowingly steps right into the fire. Now face-to-face with a two-time killer, shes got to think fast if she doesn't want to end up being victim number three.
