Plot Synopsis
Based on the book, The Mother, The Son and the Socialite by Adrian Havill. Sante Kimes and her son Kenny travel the country scaming and swindling innocent victims. In 1998 they tired to bilk wealthy New York socialite, Irene Silverman out of her high-class boarding house. When the woman disappeared the police became suspicious and the defrauding duo was eventually convicted of her murder.
