Plot Synopsis
Based on the novel by Jack Higgins. A Former IRA terrorist and professional marksman is coerced by two British intelligence officers to collaborate on a dangerous mission to locate a secret World War II treaty that extends England's lease on Hong Kong to the year 2097. With billions at stake in Hong Kong, the Mafia cartel will stop at nothing to gain access to the document--they hire a European businsessman to obtain the covenant by any means.
