Plot Synopsis

Based on the Book by Ann Pearlman. A married family therapist, who grew up in a family in which her father was a serial philander, cannot bring herself to deal with how her own unfaithfulness threatens her marriage when she begins a passionate affair with a charismatic jazz musician. When her husband discovers the truth she must ultimately take responsibility for her own behavior and not repeat the past.
