Plot Synopsis
A soft-spoken 58 year-old grandmother and TV mystery buff, sends a Midwestern police department on a wild goose chase when she tells the cops that her abusive, younger boyfriend killed a mildly retarded young woman. But when granny keeps revising her story the detectives begin to suspect her of being an accomplice.They are both arrested but another suspect emerges and confesses to the crime.
