Plot Synopsis
In 1882, a prissy New York optometrist follows his dream and sets up a practice in Tombstone, Arizona. He is soon disillusioned when he is swindled and his hero Wyatt Earp turns out to be a nearsighted, obnoxious drunk. When the town is threatened by an outlaw gang he shows his mettle with some fancy sharpshooting, saving the day and getting the legendary marshal into a pair of glasses.
