Plot Synopsis
In 2002 the Washington, D.C. area was terrorized by two snipers for 23 days, threatening people of all ages, genders and races. As the killing spree escalates, police chief Charles Moose races against time to capture the perpetrators, assembling the largest investigative task force in U.S. history that eventually led to the arrest of John Muhammad and his teenage protege, John Lee Malvo.
