Plot Synopsis
In depression era New York City, a little orphan girl, who never lacks optimism, tries to find the parents who abandoned her. She runs away from the dreadful orphanage only to be returned by the police. Meanwhile billionaire Daddy Warbucks has been accused of not caring for the poor and agrees to take in a orphan for the Christmas holidays. Annie melts his steely heart and all live happily ever after.
