Plot Synopsis
Cynical police detective Sikes, along with his optimistic alien partner, investigates the death of a young woman and a conspiracy involving a shadowy clique of Newcomer outcasts known as ''Eenos''. Sikes is shocked to discover his partner's deep-seated prejudice against this shunned group.
