Plot Synopsis
Based on the book by Tami Hoag. An arrogant, female state investigator arrives in a small idyllic town in Washington state to help the police chief solve the kidnapping of an eight year old boy, the son of the town's doctor. As the investigation proceeds, it is revealed that many of the locals, including the police chief, have sordid backgrounds that make them all suspect.
