Plot Synopsis

A master Vampire, posing as a real-estate magnate and owner of a Gothic, L.A. nightclub searches for the Frankenstein monster in the frozen Arctic. In between he perpetrates vicious murders which result in slashed but bloodless corpses. He eventually finds the creature and transports him back to Hollywood. The monster soon comes to life and, unnoticed, escapes into the streets. A homicide detective and a sociology professor team up to capture the demonic ''Midnight Raptor''.
