Plot Synopsis

When Russian presidential candidate Igor Komarov plots to return his country to a military dictatorship a disillusioned ex-CIA agent, who has seen Komorov's terrifying secret "Black Manifesto," vows to stop the diabolical politician and his clandestine new order. He must find the sadistic KGB officer who once tortured and murdered four of his agents and is now Komarov's head of security. The forces allied against this life-and-death mission are ruthless -- and time is running frighteningly short.
