Plot Synopsis
In 44 B.C. Rome, Octavius, the nephew of recently murdered emperor Julius Caesar is forced into exile. He is protected by loyal ex-slave gladiator Tyrannus, who guides the young man to greatness as he seeks to become emperor and fulfill his uncle's legacy.
