Plot Synopsis
Based on the 1850 classic by Charles Dickens. In 19th century London, after young David Copperfield has endured a tyrannical step-father, a sadistic boarding school and a dreadful sweatshop he struggles to find his place in the world. He soon falls in love with his employers daughter but the deceitful Uriah Heep plots to ruin his happiness. Ultimately the corruption is revealed and David realizes his own true destiny.
