Plot Synopsis
Based on the book "The Corner: A Year in the Life of an Inner-City Neighborhood" by David Simon and Edward Burns. Follows the lives of residents of West Baltimore's Fayette Street, focusing on a once successful man who, along with his wife, both lost everything to drug addiction. Their 15 year-old son, who is dealing drugs, begins to get his life together and in turn helps his mother get clean. Against the full weight of corner culture the family struggles to survive on the mean streets.
